To bring this mission to life, we are seeking the diaspora's mobilization in several forms: * **Financial:** Direct investment capital, micro-financing, and participatory loans for businesses and projects with strong job-creation potential. * **Expertise and Mentoring:** Technical support, training, and coaching in management, finance, marketing, and innovation for local entrepreneurs and young project leaders. * **Networks and Partnerships:** Facilitating business connections, market access, and links with international experts or institutions for the supported businesses.

Eligible projects and businesses must present a viable business plan, a measurable social impact (particularly in terms of job creation for young people), and align with Maroua's strategic sectors. A commitment to transparency, good governance, and regular monitoring of performance and impact will be required. The diaspora will be able to participate via dedicated investment platforms and clear reporting mechanisms.
