General description
The city of Édéa is committed to strengthening its municipal programs for the development of population well-being in order to sustainably improve residents' quality of life. For the year 2026, priority is given to improving basic social services through an integrated approach. The project aims in particular to guarantee better access to drinking water, strengthen sanitation infrastructure, and modernize waste management. It also includes the rehabilitation and equipping of health facilities, as well as the improvement of educational infrastructure. The extension of public lighting, the modernization of urban roads, and the strengthening of mobility are also at the heart of this strategy. Finally, particular attention is paid to social inclusion and support for vulnerable populations.

Mission conditions
The mission involves close collaboration with the municipal services of partner cities. The commitment can be flexible, ranging from occasional remote advisory missions to longer support periods requiring on-site travel. A working framework will be defined for each specific project, including objectives, deliverables, and timelines. Proficiency with digital collaboration tools is an asset.
