Strengthening local public health systems

The diaspora is invited to play an essential role in carrying out this mission through various types of contributions: * **Investment:** Direct funding for the acquisition of specialized medical equipment (CT scanner, intensive care, advanced surgery), the rehabilitation of hospital buildings and CMAs, the establishment of modern laboratories, and the development of drinking water and sanitation infrastructure. * **Skills:** Mobilizing specialist doctors (surgeons, anesthetists, pediatricians), qualified nurses, and experienced midwives for training, mentoring, or direct care missions, as well as experts in public health, hospital management, and environmental engineering. * **Donations:** Providing medical equipment (beds, instruments, consumables), essential medicines, hygiene kits, treated bed nets, and supplies for awareness campaigns. * **Networks of Influence:** Facilitating strategic partnerships with international organizations, development institutions, donors, and private health structures, as well as promoting the mission within the diaspora and to key stakeholders.

The mission will be carried out in close collaboration with local health authorities and partners on site. A framework of transparency and accountability will be established for the use of funds and resources. Diaspora contributors commit to respecting the ethical and professional standards in force.
