Helping to strengthen the impact of local civil society (associations, etc.)

Increase local associations' access to micro-financing and essential equipment. Strengthen the skills of civil society stakeholders in project management, fundraising, and institutional communication. Improve the planning, execution, and monitoring-evaluation of local initiatives, thereby increasing their reach and effectiveness in key areas such as education, health, and youth employment.

Experts in project management, grant-application writing, and monitoring-evaluation to support associations in designing and implementing their initiatives. Fundraising and microfinance specialists to facilitate access to financial resources. Donors or facilitators for the acquisition of equipment (training materials, cleaning kits, agricultural tools). Mentors in the development of income-generating activities and in communication.

Volunteer commitment and availability for advisory, training, or facilitation actions, remotely and/or on site. The ability to adapt to the local context and work in collaboration with Maroua's civil society stakeholders. Prior experience in international development or associative capacity building is a plus.
