The diaspora is invited to share its expertise through mentoring, remote training, or short on-site missions. We are seeking experienced professionals in the following fields: * **Administrative and financial management:** Budget control, public accounting, expenditure monitoring. * **Digitalization of services:** IT tools, electronic document management, e-administration. * **Management of local development projects:** Planning, execution, and monitoring of urban projects (roads, markets, facilities). * **Public procurement:** Transparent and compliant procedures. * **Urban planning and territorial development.** * **Mobilization of financial resources and partnerships.** * **Institutional communication and relations with citizens.** * **Monitoring-evaluation of public projects.** * **Environmental management and urban sanitation.** Contributions can take the form of strategic advice, training workshops, tool development, or the sharing of good practices.

Interventions can be carried out remotely for advice and training, with the possibility of short on-site missions if the expertise requires it and in agreement with the Maroua City Hall. A regular commitment and good communication skills are essential. Proficiency in French is required. Flexibility and adaptability to the local context are assets.
