General description
This mission aims to strengthen the local entrepreneurial ecosystem by offering strategic and financial support to high-potential young businesses. The diaspora is invited to engage actively by sharing its expertise through targeted training and mentoring programs, as well as by participating in equity investments. The goal is to catalyze the growth of these businesses, foster innovation, and create sustainable jobs in key sectors of the priority regions.
Impacts / Objectives
The expected impacts are the significant creation of jobs for young people, the strengthening of local entrepreneurial skills through the transfer of know-how from the diaspora, the improvement of the competitiveness and sustainability of the supported businesses, and a concrete contribution to the economic development of the targeted territories. We aim to energize the economy through investment and structured support.
Contribution details
We are seeking members of the diaspora with proven expertise in the fields of management, finance, marketing, technology, or entrepreneurship. Contributions can take several forms: equity investment (according to defined terms), strategic and operational mentoring, the facilitation of specific training sessions, and the provision of professional networks for young entrepreneurs.
Mission conditions
Participation in this mission involves a long-term commitment. Beneficiary businesses will be selected through a rigorous process based on their potential for impact and growth. The terms of the equity stakes (minority, venture capital, etc.) and the framework of the training programs will be clearly defined by written agreements. Regular and transparent monitoring of the projects will be put in place to assess progress and impact.
