General description
This mission aims to sustainably strengthen primary healthcare systems in countries of origin, which often face structural and operational challenges. It seeks to improve access to and quality of basic healthcare for vulnerable populations. The diaspora is invited to contribute its expertise through training activities, strategic advisory, implementation of innovative solutions, and transfer of best practices. The goal is to build more resilient and efficient healthcare infrastructure.
Impacts / Objectives
Significantly improve the quality and accessibility of primary healthcare services for target populations. Strengthen the technical and managerial capacities of local healthcare staff through targeted training and mentorship. Contribute to the development of more effective public health policies and to the resilience of systems in the face of health crises. Reduce disparities in access to essential healthcare, particularly in rural or underserved areas.
Contribution details
We are seeking diaspora healthcare professionals (doctors, nurses, pharmacists, epidemiologists, public health experts, health project managers, and medical IT specialists) with significant experience. Their contributions will include mentoring local staff, providing continuous training, offering technical assistance in developing protocols and programs, giving strategic advice to optimize services, and supporting the integration of digital health solutions. The transfer of know-how and internat.
Mission conditions
Remote or on-site engagement depending on specific project needs. Flexible availability and the ability to work in a multicultural team are required. Proficiency in French and/or local languages is an advantage. Prior experience in public health or international development is desirable. Compliance with local health protocols and ethical standards is essential.
