Training and support for municipal teams

This mission aims to strengthen the skills of the municipal teams of the targeted local authorities, which often face a lack of resources and expertise for effective management. It involves designing and delivering tailored training and support programs covering key areas such as local governance, administrative and financial management, urban planning, and the digitalization of services. The approach will be participatory, combining initial training sessions (potentially remote or short in-person sessions) with ongoing follow-up and mentoring to ensure the concrete application of what is learned and its adaptation to local realities.
