Strengthening the capacities of the Limbe City Council

We are seeking members of the diaspora with proven expertise in the following fields: Urban Planning and Spatial Development (architects, urban planners, civil engineers, land management experts). Public Administration and Local Governance (municipal management experts, decentralization specialists, public policy experts). Digital Transformation and Information Systems (IT specialists, developers, e-governance experts, cybersecurity professionals). Project Management and Development Financing.

Participants will benefit from logistical support from the Municipal Council for on-site missions (access to facilities and key contacts). A stable internet connection is required for remote work. A sustained commitment (a few hours per week or occasional missions) is expected to ensure effective follow-up. Proficiency in French is essential, while English would be an asset. Flexibility and adaptability are highly valued.
