Supporting the efforts of the city and civil society in youth guidance

Increase the employability of Garoua's young people through qualifying training and mentoring. Reduce the risk factors linked to unemployment and precariousness. Foster the creation of sustainable local jobs and the development of youth entrepreneurship. Strengthen the capacities of local youth-support structures through the diaspora's expertise and resources.

The diaspora is sought for the following contributions: * **Investment:** Financing local startups and job-creating agricultural or industrial projects. * **Mentoring:** Professional and entrepreneurial support for young people (remotely or on site). * **Skills Transfer:** Organizing specific technical training and thematic workshops (management, digital, green jobs). * **Networking:** Facilitating internships, partnerships, and professional opportunities. * **Equipment Donations:** Providing materials for vocational training centers and local workshops.

The mission will take place in Garoua, Cameroon, in close collaboration with the Garoua Urban Community and local partner NGOs. Regular or occasional engagement is possible, with flexibility in the modes of intervention (in-person or remote). Regular communication and follow-up of the actions are expected from contributors.
