General description
This mission aims to strengthen the technical capacities of integration stakeholders in Douala (CMB, local associations, structures caring for vulnerable people). The diaspora expert will bring their experience to optimize support mechanisms, pool monitoring tools, and improve pedagogical approaches to professionalization. The aim is to create a synergy between training structures and the job market for better appropriation of field realities by supervisory staff.
Impacts / Objectives
Professionalization of integration practices at the local level; creation of a solid network of partners for the empowerment of vulnerable groups (young women, single mothers, etc.).
Contribution details
Experts in social program management, employment policy advisers, or training engineering specialists capable of facilitating experience-sharing circles.
