Strategic assistance for the design and launch of a smart city

Developing a shared vision for the Smart City, defining a clear and achievable strategic roadmap, identifying priority pilot projects, establishing a governance framework conducive to collaboration, and strengthening the city's capacity to mobilize funding and expertise for its transformation.

Seeking experts in sustainable urban development, smart-city governance, digital technologies applied to cities, citizen participation, the financial structuring of infrastructure projects, and innovation strategy. Specific expertise in the city's contextual challenges (e.g., water management in an arid climate, improving mobility in a congested metropolis) will be valued. The diaspora is called upon for its know-how, international network, and knowledge of global best practices.

The mission will be carried out partly remotely, with regular exchanges via video conference and collaborative platforms. Occasional travel may be necessary for co-design workshops or meetings with local stakeholders. The estimated duration for this vision and roadmap phase is 3 to 6 months.
