General description
This major project invites the diaspora to invest in the development of a new industrial zone, strategically integrated with the autonomous port. The goal is to create a modern economic hub for processing, logistics, and export. The investment opportunities cover key sectors such as manufacturing, agro-industry, logistics storage, and port services. Your commitment is crucial to building sustainable, value-creating infrastructure.
Impacts / Objectives
The expected investments will generate a competitive return on capital and create thousands of local skilled and unskilled jobs. They will stimulate exports, reduce dependence on imports, and foster the transfer of technologies and skills. For the diaspora, this is an opportunity to actively participate in the country's industrialization, diversify their investments, and strengthen economic ties with their land of origin.
Contribution details
We are seeking members of the diaspora able to provide: 1) Equity or investment funds (starting from €50,000 per project). 2) Proven technical and managerial expertise in the management of industrial projects, port logistics, or international trade. 3) A business network to attract other investors or facilitate commercial partnerships.
Mission conditions
The project benefits from an in-depth feasibility study, an incentive regulatory framework (tax advantages, one-stop shop), and the support of public authorities. Public-private partnerships are possible. Investors will have to adhere to local environmental and social standards. A detailed business plan will be provided to shortlisted candidates.
