Skills support for municipal teams

For the Ébolowa City Hall: Significant improvement in administrative and financial management, more efficient and transparent execution of local development projects, advanced digitalization of public services, and better urban planning. For citizens: Access to more efficient public services, strengthened local governance, and increased trust in the administration. For the diaspora: A concrete opportunity to transfer strategic skills, to contribute directly to the modernization of the institutions of their hometown, and to strengthen ties with local stakeholders.

Skills: Experts in administrative and financial management (public accounting, budget monitoring), specialists in local development project management, consultants in digitalization and e-administration, public procurement experts, urban planners and territorial developers, specialists in local governance and decentralization, institutional communication professionals, experts in monitoring-evaluation and resource mobilization. The diaspora is invited to offer mentoring, remote or in-person training, as well as technical support for the development of strategies and the implementation of projects.

The mission is centered on the city of Ébolowa. Interventions can be modular, combining in-person training sessions and remote support, depending on the needs of the municipal departments. Close collaboration with the city hall teams is essential. The duration of commitments is flexible, ranging from occasional expert missions to regular support over several months. Participants must demonstrate adaptability and a good understanding of local contexts.
