Participating in and supporting the development of the Abakwa festival

The diaspora is sought for its expertise and commitment in the following areas: Project and event management: planning, logistics, and team coordination. Marketing and communication: developing digital and international promotion strategies and managing press relations. Fundraising and partnerships: identifying sponsors, writing grant proposals, and mobilizing networks. Artistic development: introducing new talents, workshops, and cultural exchanges. Digital skills: website creation and management.

Volunteer commitment with flexible time involvement (a few hours per week). Ability to work in a team, including remotely using collaborative tools. Respect for the cultural values and ethics of the festival. Occasional availability for key meetings or events, with possible on-site travel for roles requiring physical presence.
