Developing and internationalizing the Esulan Meyon Festival

Sustainably preserve and enhance traditional cultures and ancestral knowledge. Ensure intergenerational transmission by actively involving young people in cultural practices. Stimulate local economic development (crafts, catering, tourism) by attracting national and international visitors. Position the Esulan Meyon Festival as a leading regional cultural tourism event, strengthening its visibility and sustainability.

The diaspora can provide financial support to strengthen funding, acquire equipment, and develop hospitality infrastructure (stages, stands, craft spaces). Expertise is sought in digital communication strategy (social media, video production, branding), in event management to professionalize the organization, and in the development of cultural partnerships (other African festivals, national and international artists). Skills in creating cultural tourism circuits and facilitating workshops for young people are also valuable.

The mission is intended for committed volunteers for long-term support. Remote collaboration is possible for strategy, coordination, and promotion. An occasional presence in Ébolowa may be necessary for operational implementation, participation in the festival's editions, and local coordination of actions.
