Support for local civil society

Sustainably strengthen the impact of local associations on the development of Ébolowa. Improve young people's access to entrepreneurship and employment. Promote access to quality education and improve community health. Contribute to a cleaner urban environment and to women's economic empowerment. Increase associations' capacity to raise funds and manage projects efficiently and transparently.

The diaspora can provide financial donations (grants, micro-financing) to support the associations' projects and the purchase of equipment. Expertise is sought for training in project management, associative governance, fundraising, and communication. Mentoring support for youth and women's entrepreneurship is also valuable. Finally, the diaspora can facilitate the development of international partnerships and the mobilization of material resources (school supplies, sanitary equipment, cleaning tools).

Financial and material contributions will be managed with full transparency, with regular monitoring of the supported projects. Expertise and training may be provided remotely or through occasional on-site missions. Close collaboration with local associations and authorities is expected to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of the actions. Participants commit to respecting local culture and dynamics, and to providing regular activity reports.
